Reservations
To validate the reservation, we need the complete details of each client, including travel information, so that they can be sent to our ground transfer team in Manaus, at the hotel, at the aerodrome/airport, and at the inn.
Payment Methods for Reservations

  • Credit card.
  • Bank slips.
  • Bank transfer.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS will be permitted upon client contact and prior confirmation from Itapará Inn at least 90 days in advance.

90 to 30 days in advance of your accommodation date, you can transfer your reservation date (penalty and package price update fee applies).

Cancellation requests less than 30 days in advance of the accommodation date are considered a no-show and there are no refunds.

NO SHOW on the scheduled date for ground / air transfer boarding will result in your package being considered used, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT PAID IN FULL will be canceled 30 days before the start of the trip. PACKAGES WILL BE RESCHEDULED in case of fortuitous or adverse events.

Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
When making the reservation, the guest declares, for the purposes thereof, that they are aware of the risks involved in fishing activities in the Amazon region and will be responsible for their actions by taking the necessary precautions, such as:

  • Never enter the forest or even hike, swim, or dive, or walk along the riverbank or lake without the presence and authorization of lodge guides.
  • Always wear protective eyewear, as hooks, artificial baits, treble hooks, and other equipment can cause accidents.
  • Exercise extra caution with wild animals, as even near the lodge there are always black caimans, stingrays, snakes, and insects that can be dangerous.
  • Other precautions that, even for reasons beyond the control of the Itapará Inn team, may affect your stay.

They also agree to bring all their continuous use medications, as well as those they may need during their stay.

They further commit to providing all the requested data during the booking process, which will be used for the proper planning of their transfer and stay at the inn, such as:

  • Travel details to Manaus
  • Hotel information
  • Blood type
  • Emergency contact / Phone number.

Upon arrival at the inn, they must immediately inform the reception team of specific items, such as:

  • Special dietary requirements.
  • Allergies to medications and insect bites.

The guest also assumes full responsibility for being present at the lobby of their hotel in Manaus or directly at the airport for boarding to the inn, as defined by the Itapará Inn team.

Thus, the guest releases the company Itapará Sport Fishing Tour Operator Ltda. CNPJ 04.553.274/0001-69, promoter of fishing activities on the Itapará River, Rorainópolis/RR, from any liabilities for any damages caused to their physical integrity or their personal equipment during the sports activities carried out at the inn, as well as during their transfer.
